SpeakLink - centralized store announcements and live broadcasting
A live announcement system for a retail chain: an announcement spoken or picked at head office reaches the speakers in every store, and a browser link for anyone else who needs to hear it. Built for Rajmandir Hypermarket, then made public and extended with web listeners and chat. FastAPI, React, and a packaged Windows receiver agent per store.

Portfolio + CMS
A personal portfolio site and the admin CMS that fills it. Every word on the public site — copy, projects, skills, notes, section order, even the accent colour — is a row in a database I edit through a CMS I also built. Two Next.js apps on Cloudflare Workers, over D1 and R2.

LoveTrack — consent-based attendance tracking for friends, built in a day
A PWA where you and a friend pair up and each marks your own working day — arrived, lunch in, lunch out, left — with a photo taken right then and the location it came from. Built in one day: 28 commits, 24 Postgres migrations, 402 tests across three layers. Live on Vercel with Supabase and row-level security.

Orbit — one workspace for every cloud drive you own
A multi-cloud file manager that puts Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, pCloud, MEGA and any S3-compatible bucket behind one interface, so files can be browsed, searched, moved and shared across all of them at once. Orbit stores no file bytes of its own — only metadata and encrypted tokens — and streams each file from the provider it already lives in. Live, and free to run.

Hive — a hosted, multi-account Gmail manager
Built to clean up my own Gmail account, then to actually manage the 80+ separate Gmail accounts my company, Rajmandir Hypermarket, runs — several holding 50,000+ messages each. Search across every connected account at once, see who is filling them up, and clean up the clutter with rules that only ever move mail to Trash. Self-hostable, MIT-licensed.

Core — a zero-knowledge password, secret and .env manager
A password, secret and .env manager where every value is encrypted in the browser before it is sent. The server stores ciphertext it cannot read, so whoever runs it cannot open a vault. Built and deployed on Cloudflare's free tier over five days: 144 features shipped, 3 cut, each cut with a written reason.
